Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of MaxPPI materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Publisher Requirements

To participate as a publisher in MaxPPI network, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
  • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate installs
  • Maintain minimum quality standards for traffic

4. Payment Terms

MaxPPI payment terms include:

  • Minimum payout threshold: $25
  • Payment frequencies: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
  • Payment methods: Cryptocurrency, Payoneer, Wire Transfer, and others
  • Payments are processed within 24-48 hours of request
  • All payments are subject to verification and approval
  • Invalid or fraudulent traffic will not be compensated

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Click fraud, install fraud, or any form of invalid traffic
  • Incentivized installs without prior approval
  • Use of VPNs, proxies, or other IP masking technologies
  • Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
  • Trademark or copyright infringement
  • Adult content promotion (unless specifically approved)

6. Account Termination

MaxPPI reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, policy violations, or breach of contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

MaxPPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxPPI excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and other terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MaxPPI operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

10. Changes to Terms
